NextVerra LLC ("NextVerra," "we," "us") builds and manages digital advertising and marketing for our clients. This policy explains what data we access, how we use it, and how you can control it, including data we access through Meta's platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

Who this covers

This policy applies to our clients (businesses that hire us to run their advertising) and to visitors of our website. When we act on a client's behalf, we work only on the accounts and assets that client has explicitly given us access to.

How we work with Meta

When a client authorizes us, we manage their advertising through Meta's official Marketing API and related Meta APIs. A client connects to us in one of two ways: they grant our Meta Business Portfolio partner access to their Ad Account and Facebook Page, or they connect their account through Meta's Facebook Login for Business flow. Either way, the client controls the grant and can revoke it at any time from their own Meta Business settings.

What data we access through Meta APIs

Acting on a client's behalf, and only after they grant access, we may access:

• Ad account data: ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, budgets, schedules, and delivery metrics such as impressions, clicks, spend, and results. We use this to build, manage, and report on advertising.
• Page data: basic Facebook Page details and engagement metrics for the Pages used in advertising. We use this to run and analyze Page-connected ads.
• Business asset data: the Business Portfolio, ad account, and Page relationships that confirm which assets a client has authorized us to manage.

We do not collect personal Facebook profile information beyond what Meta returns for authorization, and we do not access private messages or unrelated account data.

The Meta permissions we use and why

• We use ads_management to create and manage campaigns on a client's authorized ad account.
• We use ads_read to read campaign structure and performance for management and reporting.
• We use business_management to confirm and manage the client-authorized business assets we operate on.
• We use pages_read_engagement to read the Page details and engagement needed to run and analyze Page-connected ads.
• We use pages_manage_ads to create and manage ads associated with a client's Page.

We request only the permissions the service requires, and nothing more.

How we use the data

We use the data only to provide advertising and marketing services to the client who authorized us: building and managing campaigns, improving performance, and reporting results back to that client. We do not sell client data or Meta platform data, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to the work the client hired us for.

How we share data

• With Meta, as needed to operate advertising through Meta's APIs.
• With the client, who owns the account, in the form of campaigns and reports.
• With limited service providers who help us operate (for example, secure hosting), each bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

We do not sell personal data or Meta platform data to anyone.

Data retention and deletion

We keep data only as long as we need it to provide the service, or as the law requires. A client can revoke our access at any time from their Meta Business settings, which stops any further access immediately. To request deletion of data we hold, email info@nextverra.com with the account name and your request. We will delete the associated data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Security

We protect access credentials and data with restricted access, encrypted storage of secrets, and limited retention. Access tokens are stored securely and are never shared publicly.

Your choices

A client controls our access at all times and can revoke it from their Meta Business settings. For any privacy request or question, contact us at the address below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. When we do, we will post the new version here with an updated effective date.
