These terms cover nextverra.com and the software integrations that NextVerra LLC ("NextVerra," "we," "us") operates, including our connection to Intuit QuickBooks Online. They are also the end-user license agreement for those integrations. By using the site or authorizing an integration, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use either one.
NextVerra builds websites, runs marketing and advertising, and makes software for home-service businesses. When we do paid work for a client, the written agreement we sign with that client governs it. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the signed agreement controls.
Some of our work requires access to accounts a business already owns, such as an advertising account or an accounting file. We connect only through the official authorization screen each platform provides, and only after a person with authority over that account approves it. We never ask for your password to another service.
We operate a private integration with QuickBooks Online. It is not listed on the QuickBooks App Store and is not offered to the public. We use it for our own books and for companies whose administrator has authorized the connection.
You can end the connection at any time. In QuickBooks Online, go to Integrations, select Manage integrations, open the Action menu beside the NextVerra connection, and choose Disconnect. Access stops right away. Our QuickBooks connection page has the steps, and our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use our site and integrations for your own business, as these terms allow. We keep all rights in our software, site, content, and brand. You keep all rights in your own data.
Our integrations rely on platforms run by Intuit, Meta, and other companies. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use those platforms. We do not control them, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes.
The reports we produce are there to help run a business. They are not tax, legal, or accounting advice. Ask a licensed professional before you act on a question in one of those areas.
The site and integrations are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent the law allows, NextVerra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim under these terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars if you paid us nothing.
You can stop using the site or disconnect an integration whenever you like. We can suspend or end access if someone breaks these terms, or if we need to protect the service or another user.
Alabama law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts serving Morgan County, Alabama.
We may update these terms as our services change. When we do, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
